ESN LEUVEN INTRODUCTION WEEKEND ARDENNES (04/10-06/10)

Welcome in Belgium, dear Erasmus students!

ESN would like to kick off this academic year in the best way possible! As the year is still young, no doubt all of you are very eager to get to know each other better, and what better way to make friends and have a great time than during a weekend full of partying, hiking, challenging eachother and a cantus with LOTS of beer?!
To do just so, we will be going to Gouvy, a village in the Ardennes, the southern part of Belgium. It’s known for its pretty nature and great outdoors. Get to know new people, drink Belgian beer and see this beautiful area of our little country!

Important: You guys will have to bring your own sleeping bag as we don't have that many bed sheets available.

Good to know: ALL meals are included in the price !

Friday 4/10:
• Around 17h15: departure of the bus to Gouvy
• Cantus
• Afterparty

Saturday 5/10:
• Morningwalk for the earlybirds
• Brunch
• Activity
• Beer Pong Tournament
• Afterparty

Sunday 6/10:
• Brunch
• Afternoonwalk
• Bus back to Leuven at 16:00

Registration is ONLY possible through the registration link. If you register, we will send you a mail with a confirmation, the exact details of the buses/billing/etc. and a link to a WhatsApp group dedicated to the Introduction Weekend.
