Spring Gala by ESN leuven

The most flourishing time of the year has come. Let us wear our most impressive outfits and raise our glasses as we celebrate ESN Leuven’s Spring Gala! We invite you and your friends to a splendid evening full of unforgettable memories. You can expect a fancy Gala with a red carpet, a photo booth, free cava and food, a lounge bar, jazz musicians, Latin dancing, reggaeton, a live DJ lineup, and the list goes on and on!

We promise you memories for a lifetime and that this will be the event you will look back at after your stay in Leuven. Let’s make it an unforgettable night together! 

 

- Dress code: dress to impress!

- There will be a cloakroom.

- Schedule:

  - 21:00 - 22:30: reception with finger food and cava accompanied by jazz musicians

  - 22:30 - 00:00: Latin dancing accompanied by live music

  - 00:00 - 05:00: opening of the dance floor to all, especially with reggaeton on the first floor

- Photoshoot:

  - 21:00 - 01:00: photo booth

  - 00:00 - 05:00: photographer on the dance floor + disposable cameras available

- DJ lineup: TBA

- Awards: get ready to be awarded the unexpected! A form will be posted soon where you can vote for your friends. Let everyone know the shenanigans they have been up to in Belgium

 

- Presale during office shifts: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 18:00 until 20:00 at Pangaea
